The signage had the old system still printed out. Some bus stops didn’t have it anymore.
We sent pictures of the old signage, but since it was hard to exactly describe where the sign was located we needed a good solution to exactly pin-point the place.
We used a geocoding system that divides the world into 3m x 3m squares and assigns each square a unique combination of three words.
This system allows for precise location identification and communication, which was very useful in this scenario. The system is designed to be simple and easy to use, with the three-word combinations being easy to remember and communicate.
The system is also multilingual, with support for over 40 languages*.

The contractor found directly the signage and changed it.
This gives your contractors free time to work on fixing things, and less time searching for them.
